He dedicated himself to full time Church ministry in 2000 and was later called to serve at the Ambassadors of God Church, a bilingual International Church with a Spanish and English congregation, where as an ordained Minister he was installed in 2003 as Pastor with pastoral responsibilities of the Church English ministry, the Ministry of Peace Church.

Service
Pastor Mitchell has enjoy opportunities to serve Internationally in missions and speaking engagements which has taken him to the USA, Jamaica, Honduras, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and to number of Churches and other venues here in the Cayman Islands.
Apart from his local Church assembly he has an active ministry functioning at HM Northward Prison, in the local High and Primary Schools, Rehab & Counseling Centers and in the Community working with people whose life has become compromised by substance abuse, prison sentences and other issues.
His testimony is a striking one of having come from a respectable Caymanian family, having a successful education and managerial career in the Financial Sector of the Cayman Islands, to the horrors of becoming a crack cocaine addict. He was miraculously delivered and restored by GOD in spirit, mind, body, and family in January 1990.
He once again became a good father, and a successful citizen and businessman. GOD then spoke to him in 2002 by vision to lead a Kingdom ministry. Pastor Mitchell answered the call of GOD and turned from a life of just being a successful Christian businessman and serving in the local Church to serving GOD in a full time work, stepping away from his business interest and taking up the mandate to lead a Kingdom work under the auspices of the Ministry of Peace Church.
